Match Assurance for Admins
Match Assurance for Admins is now rolling out starting July 7th, with access expanding to all clients over the coming weeks. Administrators will be able to see at a glance which donation receipts have been AI-verified and which need closer attention — with a clear status on every request and details showing exactly which fields matched. The use of AI is informational only; administrators retain full control over every approval decision. The result is faster processing, fewer errors and a dramatically more efficient matching workflow.

Catalog Event Defaults for Program Admins
Program admins can now set default configurations for any event created from a catalog opportunity — including reward amounts, reporting tags, and event descriptors. All catalog-sourced content is automatically tagged with a new "Benevity Catalog" source, making it easier to filter, report on and manage at scale. Set it up once, and every new event from that catalog opportunity automatically inherits your defaults.
