Benevity celebrates over $150 million donated during Giving Tuesday 2025

A record-breaking Giving Tuesday: over $150 million donated! This year, the Benevity client community proved once again that purpose is stronger than ever. Despite a challenging economic landscape, you helped facilitate over $150 million in donations to nearly 60,000 nonprofits in 114 countries on Giving Tuesday. That is a massive 7.2% increase in donation volume compared to last year. “The success of this year’s Giving Tuesday is a testament to the generosity that is unlocked when people can connect and engage in the causes that matter most to them. These moments reconnect and rejuvenate people through their work – on behalf of the world.” - Soraya Alexander, CEO, Benevity. What is even more inspiring is who showed up. Nearly 16% of donations came from first-time donors, and volunteer participation grew by 9.2%.
