We’ve seen so much excitement around our volunteering catalog, and we’re thrilled to share two updates designed to make managing and discovering opportunities faster and easier.
Smarter filters for better discovery
With nearly 5,000 opportunities in the catalog, finding the right one just got simpler. New filters let you search by:
- Opportunity title or keyword
- Awareness days
- Number of volunteers needed
- Cost
Admins can also filter by which content has or hasn’t been added to their company catalog — making it easier to manage and curate opportunities that fit their programs.
Bulk actions for efficiency
Admins can now bulk add or archive up to 20 opportunities at once, cutting down on manual work and saving time. Every bulk action is tracked in your company catalog history, giving full visibility into what’s added or archived, when, and by whom.
