AI-assisted match submissions
We’ve launched a smarter way to submit external match requests. As of March 3, phase one of Match Assurance is live! Using assistive AI, the system now scans employee receipts and auto-fills submission forms for "Money" type match requests—eliminating manual data entry and catching errors before they’re submitted. Match Assurance creates a seamless journey for your employees and a much lighter lift for admins.
Grants Management
Our first generative AI feature for Grants that automatically reads lengthy grant applications and provides a concise, structured summary directly within the reviewer's workflow.
Modernization: payments module (BETA)
We are completely modernizing the Payments module, including the Payments Grid, History, and Advanced filters to provide a significantly faster and higher performance experience while maintaining functional parity with all standard features. This update features a sophisticated hierarchical mailbox filter and a tailored interface that intelligently persists your preferred grid, sidebar, and filter settings to ensure your most efficient layout is ready the moment you log in. We've undertaken a complete modernization of the Payments module, focusing on delivering a significantly faster and higher performance experience. This comprehensive update covers the Payments Grid, History, and Advanced filters, ensuring full functional parity with all existing standard features.
Key enhancements include:
Tailored Interface: The system now intelligently persists your preferred settings for the grid, sidebar, and filters. Your most efficient layout will be immediately ready every time you log in.

Program and Risk Management
New administrator Resource Centre
Our Resource Center is accessible directly within the platform for admins via a new help icon. Admins gain a curated menu featuring B-Hive resources, community links and product updates.
Reporting Studio personally identifiable information masking
We are introducing PII masking within Reporting Studio to give you more granular control over data visibility. This allows admins to grant reporting access to more team members without compromising the privacy information (like home addresses, personal emails, or tax IDs). By implementing this feature, you can resolve the dual challenge of compliance risk and operational inefficiency, bringing your team in line with industry standard best practices for reporting.
Volunteering
Enhanced volunteer sign-up confirmations
Improved signup notifications will feature enriched "add-to-calendar" invites that serve as comprehensive mission briefs, giving volunteers all the event details they need directly within their schedules.
New volunteer opportunity (BETA)
Administrators will be able to preview the new Volunteer Opportunity experience on March 3rd. This update includes a more modern look and feel, enhanced accessibility, and a consolidated manage menu. Admins can enable the preview via the toggle in their user profile, and it will officially go live for all users on April 7th.

Improved volunteer opportunity approval and decline notifications
We’ve polished up our "Approved" and "Declined" emails to be way easier on the eyes. Now, you’ll get a direct update on your submission with a quick breakdown of what happens next—like how to start signing up volunteers or whether a tweak is required. It’s all the info you need, right when you need it, so you can keep things moving.

💈Streamlined technical support for Employee Groups
We have updated our B-Hive resources and end user Help Centers with content to support your Employee Groups programs. Client Administrators can also now receive technical support for Employee Groups the same way you do for Employee Engagement and Grants Management - through the Bhive support request form. Our Technical Support specialists are there to help you troubleshoot and your CSM partners are there for any strategic support you need.
