Reporting Studio now features personally identifiable info masking, allowing admins to grant broader reporting access while protecting sensitive data like tax IDs and personal addresses. This enhancement aligns your team with industry best practices, resolving the tension between operational efficiency and data compliance.

Enhanced volunteer sign-up confirmations
Volunteer sign-up email notifications now have comprehensive details, including guest counts, remaining capacity, and volunteer specifics like contact info and waiver status, so organizers can stay fully informed, right from their email inbox.
New volunteer opportunity (BETA)
Administrators will be able to preview the new Volunteer Opportunity experience on March 3rd. This update includes a more modern look and feel, enhanced accessibility, and a consolidated manage menu. Admins can enable the preview via the toggle in their user profile, and it will officially go live for all users on April 7th.

We have updated our B-Hive resources and end user Help Centers with content to support your Employee Groups programs. Client Administrators can also now receive technical support for Employee Groups through the B-hive support request form, while continuing to receive strategic support from your CSM partners.
