Live Product Updates 🚀

Donate + Volunteer

Benevity for Microsoft Teams
Benevity for Teams brings giving and volunteering opportunities directly into Microsoft Teams, so employees can discover and take action without ever leaving the tools they already use every day. Log in to the B-Hive to learn more.

Donate

Sitewide matching with matching tier flow-through support
Program admins will be able to create and manage their own short-term, sitewide matching offers, without needing to contact support. If a special offer's budget runs out, the match automatically flows through to the donor's next eligible campaign (like a whitelist or annual match), so the donor never sees an unmatched gift or has to re-submit anything themselves.

Grants Management

Versaic Standard Dashboards
Versaic Standard Dashboards are now live in Reporting Studio, giving grant administrators a set of pre-built dashboards that track workflow status, budget utilization, payment schedules and key metrics such as approval rates and decision timelines. All Versaic clients on the new budget module and the updated multi-currency feature will have direct access within Reporting Studio. Log in to the B-Hive to learn more.

Challenges

Challenge Series
Program admins can use Series to group multiple Challenges together to promote the campaigns they already run. Series turn scattered good intentions into sustained participation — users join and are presented with a curated path of Challenges, can see visible progress throughout and receive an optional completion bonus that rewards finishing the whole journey. Log in to the B-Hive to learn more.

Employee Engagement

Get support from Grace and Genie without leaving Employee Engagement
Grace and Genie, Benevity's AI-powered support bots, are now available directly inside Donate and Volunteer. Grace appears on employee-facing pages, and answers questions from the Help Center. Genie appears on administrator pages and answers questions from the B-Hive. You can access the bots by clicking the question mark icon on the bottom right corner of the page. Each answer draws only on the articles that a user can access, and clients that have opted out of Benevity AI features will not see either bot.

Upcoming Product Updates ⌛

Nonprofit Experience

Self-Service EFT Verification for US Nonprofits
Beginning in October, US-based nonprofits can connect their EFT (bank account) details through a new, self-service verification experience. Instead of manually submitting banking information for review, most submissions will be automatically validated in real time — no waiting on manual approval for the majority of accounts.

This update also includes risk detection capabilities, helping protect nonprofit funds from the moment banking details are entered. Support for international nonprofits is planned for the end of 2026. Learn more about EFT Verification by Benevity.

No-Login QR Codes for deskless employees

Bring frontline employees, event attendees, and the public into your giving campaigns through a frictionless donor experience that doesn't require an app, login, or corporate email. Employees will be prompted for an account identifier, so their donations can still be matched if they are eligible and all participation will be reportable. A separate QR code can be generated for guests to invite the public into your giving campaigns.
