Grants Management

AI Application Summaries
Accelerate your grant review process with our new AI Application Summaries, designed to transform lengthy applications into instant, actionable insights. By automatically extracting a project’s purpose, funding needs, and expected impact, this feature eliminates the administrative burden of "first-pass" reviews and manual data extraction. Grant reviewers and program administrators can now shift their energy from tedious reading to strategic decision-making and high-value alignment, ensuring community funding reaches its destination faster. Modernized Forecast Module
We've modernized the Forecasts experience within Grants Advanced, bringing the dashboard up to full feature parity with legacy workflows while delivering a significantly improved interface. Program Administrators can now create forecasts directly from the dashboard, filter by budget group and fiscal year, audit linked payments through a paginated grid, access a centralized Forecast Payments Audit view, export forecast data in bulk or for selected rows, and retain their column and filter preferences across sessions — all within the Budgets & Payments module. Volunteering

Turn Volunteer Hours into Verified CRA Impact
We’re launching a brand-new Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) solution to help financial institutions capture and verify global community service. This feature introduces geocoding to automatically map volunteer hours to low-to-moderate income (LMI) areas, alongside a dedicated review workflow for validating and editing submissions. With a multilingual CRA form and dedicated CRA reporting, you now have a single, streamlined hub to track, review and visualize your CRA impact.

Improved Sorting for Manage Sign-Ups
The Manage Sign-Ups page will soon display 25 rows per page and support alphabetical sorting by employee’s name, making it faster to navigate large volunteer lists and manage your workload at a glance.

Modernized Volunteer Opportunity Experience
The modernized Volunteer Opportunity experience will go live for all users on April 14th. This update includes a more modern look and feel, enhanced accessibility, and a consolidated manage menu. Administrators can preview the new experience now via the toggle in their user profile.

Employee Mobilization

Enhanced Challenges Leaderboard
The Challenges leaderboard can be expanded into a fully page experience, for participants to track their progress, see their community standing and discover challenges their peers have recently completed.

Admins will also be able to toggle the leaderboard off entirely, giving programs the flexibility to dial up competition - or collaboration - as needed. Learn more.

Custom Categories in Challenges
Challenge managers will be able to create custom categories to align their Challenges with program-specific topics and pillars, beyond the default categories of Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, and Wellbeing.

Help Center Translations
To better support our global community, the product how-to articles in the B-hive, End User, and Nonprofit Help Centers have been translated into more supported languages.

We have utilized advanced AI translation technology to ensure that our support documentation is accessible to you in your preferred language and there is a seamless experience opening links from the product. This update allows you, your people, and nonprofits to self-serve answers quickly, no matter the language.

Benevity for Microsoft Teams
Employees will soon be able to discover and act on giving and volunteering opportunities directly within Microsoft Teams — without leaving the tools they already use every day. Beta is coming soon; reach out to your Client Success representative if you're interested in participating.

Subprocessor update - Dealhub CPQ
To support the continued expansion of our platform and global operations, Benevity will soon be appointing Dealhub CPQ as a new subprocessor. Dealhub CPQ has executed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) inclusive of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and operates under rigorous security and privacy controls in compliance with GDPR.

  • Dealhub CPQ: Automates revenue orchestration and quote-to-contract workflows through an AI-powered CPQ and billing platform (U.S./Israel-based).
