Live Product Updates 🚀

Grants Management

AI Scoring for Grants Advanced (Beta)
Grant administrators can now use AI to automatically evaluate submitted applications against customized criteria, replacing hours of manual triage with instant, consistent scoring. For each application, reviewers see a score alongside justifications drawn directly from the applicant's own words, making it easy to validate the reasoning and focus human review where it's needed most. Criteria can be reused across programs or tailored to each one, giving teams flexibility at any scale. Now available in Beta for Grants Advanced clients. Reach out to your Client Success representative to learn more.

Dynamic Translations for Benevity Grants
Grant reviewers and administrators can now access dynamic translations across Benevity Grants management interfaces and forms, eliminating the language barriers that slow down global grant committees. Reviewers can assess applications in their preferred language — without copying content into external tools — while administrators can use Bulk AI Translation to translate form versions into multiple languages at once. Exports follow each user's active language setting, so PDFs and CSVs come out clean, with no mixed-language files. Supported languages include Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and more.

NPO Experience

NPO Financial Experience
Benevity's modernized nonprofit financial tools are now generally available, giving every nonprofit in the ecosystem real-time visibility into incoming funds and transaction-level detail across all their corporate donor relationships. Finance teams can reconcile bank deposits against disbursement data directly in the platform — no spreadsheets required. With Benevity's move to weekly disbursements, this experience ensures nonprofit partners can manage increased volume with confidence.

Data & Reporting

PII Masking for Data Export
Enterprise clients can now have a separate set of Data Export API credentials that returns all personally identifiable information in a redacted format. This lets engineering teams and third-party contractors safely build and test data integrations without any exposure to real employee or donor data. For organizations in regulated industries — healthcare, insurance, financial services — this removes a key barrier to using the Data Export API.

Synthetic Data Export
Employee Engagement clients can now configure credentials that connect to a synthetic dataset. Contractors and implementation teams get a fully functional environment to build and test against, with zero risk of touching production data or personally identifiable information.

Donate

Match Assurance for Admins
Match Assurance for Admins is available today in closed Beta, with broader access coming soon. Admins will be able to see at a glance which donation receipts have been AI-verified and which need closer attention — with a clear status on every request and details showing exactly which fields matched. The use of AI is informational only; admins retain full control over every approval decision. The result is faster processing, fewer errors, and a dramatically more efficient matching workflow.

Grants Management

Versaic Standard Dashboards (Beta)
A Beta of Versaic Standard Dashboards is coming to Reporting Studio, giving grant administrators a set of pre-built dashboards tracking workflow status, budget utilization, payment schedules, and key metrics like approval rates and decision timelines. All Grants Advanced clients on the new budget module and updated multi-currency feature will have access directly within Reporting Studio.
