Grants Management
Versaic Standard Dashboards
Versaic Standard Dashboards is coming soon in Reporting Studio, giving grant administrators a set of pre-built dashboards tracking workflow status, budget utilization, payment schedules and key metrics like approval rates and decision timelines. All Versaic clients on the new budget module and updated multi-currency feature will have access directly within Reporting Studio.

Benevity for Teams (coming this Fall)
The Benevity for Teams brings giving and volunteering opportunities directly into Microsoft Teams, so employees can discover and take action without ever leaving the tools they already use every day.
Sitewide Matching with Flow-Thru Support
Program Admins will be able to create and manage their own short-term, sitewide matching offers, without needing to contact support. This means that donations are always matched in full, even if a special offer's budget runs out first.

Subprocessor updates and additions
To support the continued expansion of our platform and global operations, Benevity will soon be appointing three new subprocessors. Each has executed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) inclusive of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and operates under rigorous security and privacy controls in compliance with GDPR.
- Pluto Security Inc.: Inspects and analyzes internal AI platform interactions strictly in real-time to generate security monitoring summaries and support incident triage (U.S.-headquartered, U.S.-data storage).
- SumSub Inc.: Provides support services for remote identity verification, non-profit organization (NPO) validation, customer due diligence (CDD), and anti-money laundering (AML) screening (U.S.-headquartered, Germany/U.S.-data storage).
- Pendo.io, Inc.: Expands existing product analytics to support targeted in-platform guidance, feature adoption nudges, and administrative client communications using platform administrator email addresses (U.S.-headquartered, U.S./EU-data processing).
